Wendy Redroad is a free-spirited abuse survivor who delights in ushering women from all walks of life into their own stories of hope, healing, and triumph over darkness. With firsthand knowledge adjoined to over a decade of empirical research she is uniquely qualified to write and speak on the topics of healing and forgiveness.

Wendy is the creative director of Mission EDIFY and servant founder of The Wilderness Initiative, a grassroots ministry of reconciliation for adults suffering the emotional turmoil of trauma. She is an affiliate member of The Catholic Psychotherapy Association and lay ministry leader with a passion to edify women and families who seek the nearness of God as they learn to navigate the emotional aftermath of trauma.
