“The people who have survived the sword found
grace in the wilderness” (Jeremiah 31: 2a).”

Mission
In the spirit of Christian unity (ecumenism), our mission is to impart trauma-informed, Bible-based curriculum that is survivor-centered in its approach, solution oriented, and sensitive to religious wounding.

What Sets Us Apart

  • Ecumenism, from the Greek word “oikoumene,” meaning “the whole inhabited world,” is the promotion of cooperation and unity among Christians (cf. John 17:21).

  • Ongoing empirical research is utilized to validate the expressed emotional and spiritual needs of abuse survivors—including agnostics.

  • Curriculum is created by a survivor—for survivors.

  • Points of reflection are shaped in collaboration with advisory counsel members and the shared insights of non-profit leaders.

  • Core concepts are reviewed to ensure theological accuracy.

  • Spiritual Direction.

  • Great warmth, and a bit of wit.
